Calculated Run privacy notice
Glimpsed Software operates Calculated Run. This notice describes the website and optional Windows companion cloud uploads at calculated.run. Our company privacy policy provides additional information.
Your rating history
After you sign in, the dashboard can retrieve rating history already stored for your account. It is private to your account. The website does not read or upload files from your computer. CSV export saves a copy of the displayed history to your device.
Website requests
Amazon Web Services hosts this website in the United States. Ordinary requests for its pages and assets may appear in operational or security logs, including an IP address, time, requested URL, and browser information. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party fonts in this preview.
The Windows companion
Calculated Run keeps your game data on your computer. Separately configured app integrations have their own upload controls. Signing in to this website does not start an app upload.
Signing in with Epic
We request Basic Profile and Country permissions from Epic. Country refers to the country on your Epic account, not your current physical location or the location of a particular login. Country display is planned; we do not currently store or display it. Any future public display will require a separate sharing choice.
Epic handles sign-in. We receive your Epic account ID and display name to identify your private account and show who is signed in; we do not receive your Epic password. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps this browser signed in for up to seven days. Our server stores a protected session record, your account ID, and your display name in private AWS storage. We do not retain the Epic access token. Signing out revokes that browser's session.
Cloud sync and public profiles
In the Windows app, connecting a calculated.run account in Settings enables private copying of newly saved replays for the matching local Epic player while the app is open. The app can also send the match's recorded Stats API log and derived match summary when available. Existing replays are sent only when you request a copy from the replay library. Website sign-in alone never enables desktop uploads.
The Windows replay library can list the selected connected account's cloud-only files. Copy from cloud and Copy missing data explicitly download missing replay files, Stats API logs and derived telemetry to that computer for local analysis. Browsing, account selection and refresh do not download those files. Existing matching replay files are reused; local deletion does not delete cloud copies. Copies remain available locally after disconnecting.
Replay and Stats API files may contain player names, Epic or platform account identifiers, match identifiers, scores, gameplay events and positioning for other players in the lobby. Cloud copies are stored privately in encrypted AWS storage in the United States and scoped to your signed-in account. We do not publish these files or your history. Public profiles are not available.
The desktop keeps a separate session for each connected Epic account, encrypted for your Windows user. It also stores the Epic account ID and display name with that session to identify the connection in Settings; the ID is available on hover. A desktop session lasts up to 90 days. Disconnecting removes the local session and requests server revocation; if the server cannot be reached, the app reports that revocation could not be completed. Disconnecting, disabling uploads, or deleting local files does not delete existing cloud copies. Stored data has no automatic expiry yet. Contact us to request deletion; an operator verifies your account and handles the request.
ballchasing.com and DataCoach are separate optional services with their own keys, playlist selections and privacy practices. Selecting playlists enables their uploads only for newly observed qualifying files while the app is open. These integrations send replay files directly to the selected service.
